Dr. Jordan Chlebowy is from Lexington, Kentucky. She attended Bellarmine University where she majored in biology and biochemistry before graduating from the University of Kentucky School of Dentistry. She completed her general practice residency at Loyola University Medical Center. Dr. Chlebowy prides herself on helping her patients feel comfortable and at ease by being personable and thorough during their dental visit. She has a passion for helping medically complex and special needs patients. She enjoys dentistry because it allows her to be a lifelong learner and a provider of excellent care. In her spare time, Dr. Chlebowy enjoys snow skiing, tennis, working out and cooking. She is also an avid sports fan and loves to attend Indianapolis Colts games. Dr. Chlebowy was also a former collegiate soccer player.
