Dr. Lucas Meyer was born and raised in Belleville, Illinois. He attributes a friend’s dad, who was a dentist, to being the reason he wanted to become a dentist. He obtained his undergraduate degree in cellular and molecular biology from Missouri State before graduating from Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Meyer is a proud member of the Greater St Louis Dental Society and says what he loves most about being a dentist is eliminating infection, thus pain, and correcting aesthetic appearances for his patients. 

Dr. Meyer and his wife have 3 children and currently reside in Chesterfield, Missouri. In his spare time, he enjoys lifting weights and cheering on Notre Dame football and the St. Louis Blues hockey team.
