Dr. Nicholas Wilsdorf is originally from Rolla, Missouri and graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelors of Art in History before graduating from their School of Dentistry. Dr. Wilsdorf says his only “bad” appointments are when he is not able to make a patient laugh. His goal is not only to find and help with any issues with teeth, but to listen and collaborate with his patients to find solutions. 

There are both who and what as to why Dr. Wilsdorf was influenced to pursue dentistry. His work on service trips for public health dentistry was the what and the who was his father. Growing up with his dad as a dentist, Dr. Wilsdorf learned that patients came to see his dad not just because he did great work, but also because he cared about the patient as a person. 

Dr. Wilsdorf loves art and working with his hands and dentistry to him combines both of those passions. Forming long term relationships with patients, helping someone regain their confidence, getting people out of pain, and helping patients feel comfortable at the dentist is what he enjoys most out of dentistry.  

In his spare time, Dr. Walsdorf enjoys pottery, skiing, video editing, running, and hiking. He’s a “die-hard” St Louis Blues fan and enjoys spending time with his wife, Abby, and their cats Zoloft (Zoey) and Lucy.
