Our office is located on the northeast side of Crystal City, just off North Truman Boulevard. Dr. Keith Nikodem and his team perform general dentistry services such as preventative cleanings, crowns and bridges, along with specialty services like root canals. We serve patients of all ages and new patients are always welcome. Our overall goal is to help you achieve and maintain a beautiful, healthy smile!

New patients can now schedule online! Schedule a new patient exam, routine cleaning or emergency appointment through our online scheduling portal or by calling the practice directly. If you have a dental emergency and do not see an appointment available when you need it, please call (636) 937-9193 to speak with a team member. The staff was great and was easy to like. My cleaning went very well, gentle with no issues and great rapport. The only problem was finding the place since I was not familiar with the location in Crystal City and how the street names change. In the future I’ll have no problem. This was my first appointment under Liberty Dental and it was confusing, but the process, once explained to me, was acceptable. I think in the future I will come here again as the group on Butler Hill is under construction, and my experience there was not as good as this was.

I’ve had a tooth pulled here in 2025 and just recently had a root canal done….. the dentist is a awesome guy, great personality. He’s done very good at explaining every thing done before we even started every time. His staff is phenomenal, they are friendly and helpful. I’ve recommended a few people here since last year, and Id recommended anyone in the area to use this dentist office over everyone else, by far hands down the best. Thank you guys for your work.
